Haygood Farms provides premium hemp products for a discerning emerging market. They utilize 100% organic farming practices from germination to extraction. All hemp is grown outdoors in the Sequatchie Valley, about 25 miles from Chattanooga, TN, and is family-owned and operated. By strictly managing the genetics of their hemp crops, Haygood Farms offers customers unmatched transparency and a remarkable product.
I partnered with Haygood to create their brand identity, packaging, and website. Over the long term, I’ll provide strategic support, creative direction, and graphic design as they expand their product lines. The logo has the feel of sunlight peering through stained glass. The logo’s design elements are reinforced by a warm, rural color palette, inspired by windows from the farmhouse on their property. From this core art direction, I created size and format variants to ensure Haygood’s brand can shine in any context or execution. The website has been built to legally sell their products online through Wordpress + WooCommerce and integrations with Square and ShipStation, which is currently unique to the industry.
